Hour 1: Health Update - with Dr. Keith Campbell
On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Keith Campbell from Wycliffe USA Global Health Services joins us to talk about “aches & pains” or what we call musculoskeletal pain. Most musculoskeletal pain is self limited and will resolve with some self care, but it is important to recognize when you need to seek care from a doctor. Most importantly, it is important to keep you body conditioned with regular activity and recognize when there is something more than just an “ache or pain”. And patience! Some times even a minor musculoskeletal injury or flare can take a seemingly long time to recover from!

Being a parent is one of God's greatest callings, but that responsibility is overwhelming. Drawing on her thirty years' experience practicing pediatric and adolescent medicine, teen health expert Dr. Meg Meeker explains why an active father figure is maybe the single most important factor in a young woman's development.

Dr. Meg Meeker is a pediatrician who has practiced child and adolescent medicine for 31 years. She is the author of seven books, including the best-selling book, Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters. Meeker's podcast, "Parenting Great Kids" has reached over five million listeners across the globe. She is the mother of four grown children and grandmother to six children. She has been married to her husband, Walt, with whom she shares a medical practice, for 39 years.
