But brain science has revealed that joy is the perfect word to describe the fuel on which our brains run. So how do we live a joy-filled life? On Monday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Chris Coursey, co-author of The 4 Habits of Joy-Filled People shows us how to build habits that fill our lives with greater joy and satisfaction by providing exercises and tools you can put into practice immediately.

Everyone collaborating and co-laboring, and that requires a healthy soul and intentional relationships. On Mondays Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Church United's Executive Director, Eddie Copeland and Allison Hix from the Avenue Church in Delray Beach join us to share details about the upcoming Soul Care Event sponsored by Church United. This event will be held on Thursday, August 24, 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. at Spanish River Church.

Chris Coursey
Chris Coursey is an ordained minister, pastoral counselor, published author, and international speaker. He and his wife, Jen, lead and design the THRIVE Training Program that uses brain-based exercises to train leaders, families, and communities in the 19 relational skills and the Immanuel Lifestyle. They are passionate about helping people acquire the skills to make relationships work. Chris and Jen have two boys, Matthew and Andrew.
Eddie Copeland
Edwin (Eddie) currently serves as the Director of Church United — a trans-denominational movement that seeks to unify the Church for the sake of mission. Eddie firmly believes the Church is the hope of the world and has worked toward that end throughout his entire career. Prior to his time at NCF, Eddie served in executive level leadership and pastoral staff in both local Church and para-church ministries. His greatest joy is being married to the love of his life and high-school sweetheart Sara and being dad to his daughter, Anna, and son, Nathan.
Allison Hix
Allison Hix is the Vision Strategist & Women's Lead at The Avenue Church. She is also the Women's Soul Care Leadership Team Coordinator at Church United.
