On Friday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Pastor Darren Bennett from Calvary Chapel North Miami joins us to talk about the "One Big Back 2 School Party" that his church will be hosting on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 7 p.m. with DJ Mr. E, D2virall, Nat Lauren, Kaden Jordan and Sean Olivera as special guests. If ever there was a time our churches needed gospel-focused pastoral leadership, it’s now. Today’s pastoral students at Moody Bible Institute and Moody Theological Seminary are tomorrow’s church pastors—taking the gospel to communities across the world. On Friday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Ryan Smith who is a pastor at Calvary Chapel Boynton Beach and works part-time at WRMB 89.3 as social media specialist and announcer tells us how his life was impacted by his years of ministry training and biblical education at Moody Theological Seminary.

Darren Bennett
Pastor Darren Bennett has been part of the Calvary family since 2010. He and his wife Christine have five children, Destinee 23, Robert 21, Darionna 17, Darriale 15, and Jael 13. God called Darren and his family to plant a church in North Miami, and after much prayer and confirmation, the couple opened their hands and let God lead the way. Darren and his family reside in North Miami Dade so they understand the unique opportunity they have to infuse the message of the gospel to a very culturally diverse demographic.
Ryan Smith
Ryan and his bride Amanda are from Northwest Indiana and have 2 children. Ryan joined the WRMB team in 2021 where he serves as Afternoon Announcer and Social Media Specialist. He has a B.A. in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University and MDiv in Ministry Leadership from Moody Theological Seminary. Ryan has experience serving with Moody Radio's Praise and Worship Channel and currently serves on staff with Calvary Chapel Boynton Beach.
