Start your Friday with Dawn and Steve as they share a devotional from Blackaby Ministries International about drawing near to God. 

Travis Thompson is also here to help those with addictions and those who love them! Travis is a Murfreesboro native who has experience working in Middle Tennessee as a licensed marriage and family therapist. His therapy journey began at Lee University where he completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology and eventually a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. Travis is currently a doctoral candidate in the subject of Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis on Addiction Treatment and Research at Northcentral University. He is also the author of To Those Left Behind: Helping Partners and Families Understand and Heal from Addiction.

Hour 2: Natah and Shema

Melissa Briggs, an expert in Hebrew, will talk with us about the Hebrew words for hear, natah and shema.  Melissa is an experienced Hebrew teacher passionate about making the language of the Scriptures accessible to everyone. Born in the USA, Melissa studied Hebrew in Jerusalem, then taught in England for over a decade. She now lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and two children. She loves helping students to achieve their goals of reading the Bible in the original language or learning to converse in Modern Hebrew.

Dawn and Steve broadcast live today from Nova Hearing and talk with Nova's owner, Daniela Kam! Daniela Kam is the founder of Nova Hearing and a licensed hearing instrument specialist with several years of professional expertise in hearing aid provision. Daniela spent many years as a nurse before entering the hearing field. After dealing with chronic ear infections and two ear surgeries, her own struggles with hearing loss drove her into the field of Audiology. At Nova Hearing, it is Daniela's passion to help others find advanced hearing solutions.
