People often ask their pastors to pray for them, but when have you heard a pastor ask the same of the congregation? Ed Stetzer talks with Thom Rainer, who did just that. He said he was blown away by the response. We'll talk about ways you can pray for your pastor and the transformation that can come from that.

Thom S. Rainer is the founder and CEO of Church Answers, an online community and resource for church leaders. Prior to founding Church Answers, Rainer served as president and CEO of LifeWay Christian Resources. Before coming to LifeWay, he served at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for twelve years where he was the founding dean of the Billy Graham School of Missions and Evangelism. Thom is the author of more than two dozen books, including When the People Pray: An Invitation to Intercede for Your Pastor and Revive Your Church.

Ed Stetzer, Ph.D., is Dean of the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. He has planted, revitalized, and pastored churches; trained pastors and church planters on six continents; earned two master’s degrees and two doctorates; and he has written hundreds of articles and a dozen books. He is Regional Director for Lausanne North America, is the Editor-in-Chief of Outreach Magazine, and regularly writes for news outlets such as USA Today and CNN. He serves at his local church, Highpoint Church, as a teaching pastor. Ed and his wife Donna have been married for more than 35 years and are the parents of three daughters.
