Hour 1: Trusting His Words

On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week, Delano Squire joined Janet to talk about the impact of welfare, feminism and other factors on the decline and eventual collapse of the American black family. Dr. Donald Critchlow offered a sobering look at history to see how good ideas can get twisted in the minds of those who see themselves as revolutionary prophets. Dr. Corey Miller explained why Mormonism is NOT Christian through his own story of conversion and detailed the differences between the teachings of the Bible and the LDS church. The United Nations wants to give human rights to the natural world. Wesley Smith, explained what’s behind this latest effort. Finding truth in the marketplace of ideas is not always easy. Janet and Craig invite you back to their radio classroom to learn how to use the bible as the as the straight stick of truth against the ideas being sold in that marketplace.

Hour 2: Following His Ways

On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week, we heard about a new study on the use of unregulated abortion pills and why people are hearing more pro-life messages in church these days. Then we heard from a mother who shared her own story of learning how to pray for our men and women in uniform. Former Muslim Hedieh Mirahmadi Falco shared her transformative story of a life marked by ambition, toxicity and strict religious dogma made new by the life-giving message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our favorite Scottish apologist, David Robertson, addressed several issues including his take on space aliens. Dr. Charlie Dyer, the host of The Land and the Book radio show, addressed God’s promises to the people of Israel. There is no shortage of topics requiring believers to be biblically grounded so as to discern the truth from the deceptions. We invite you to learn how to use God’s word to do just that as we close out another important week of In The Market with Janet Parshall.
