Science Institute (Grades 6-12) June 12-16, 2023
The objective of this program is to increase students’ enthusiasm toward STEM learning and to realize that science is a fun and approachable subject with constant applications in their daily lives. This year's theme is: The Science of Art. 

Experiment and team-based learning is grouped by grade level (Group 1: 6^th – 8^th graders, Group 2: 9^th-12^th graders). Each group will have a PBA college student as a Counselor. Laboratory experiments are led by PBA professors (physics, chemistry, biology, arts) twice daily.

Daily schedule:

8:30-9 a.m.             Check-in
9-9:50 a.m.             Lecture/instructional time led by PBA faculty
10 a.m.-12 p.m.       Session 1 – lab experiment
12-12:50 p.m.         Lunch (in the cafeteria is included)
1-3 p.m.                  Session 2 – lab experiment
3-3:30 p.m.             Dismissal
