BIG CARDIO is a 5K and multi-sport event. It's a unique blend of all things fitness, sports, cycle and fun! With more than 10 different fitness activities to choose from and dozens of other attractions, it has become one of South Florida's favorite events. And to make it even sweeter, you'll be helping the community at the same time because the event proceeds benefit foster teens and at-risk youth in South Florida through BiG Children's Foundation.
