The public is invited to the second annual PureFest, Chicago’s faith-based improv and sketch festival.
Michelle Krajecki, a rising star in the mid-west comedy scene, will emcee the event. The lineup will feature acts from Chicago, Ill., Milwaukee, Wis., Knoxville, Tenn., Cleveland, Tenn., and Colorado Springs, Colo. Acts will perform in 25-minute blocks in a variety of forms from long-form improv, short-form improv, sketch comedy, and drama ministry.
PureFest is designed to build community among Christian improvisers and sketch performers, give those performers a platform to share their gifts and passions, and also give the public a chance to see an afternoon of family friendly entertainment.
Tickets to PureFest are a suggested donation of $10, with Family Tickets available for $35, which will cover entire families of four or more members for one ticket price. Tickets are a suggested donation and no one will be turned away.
