Eating plant-based is delicious and enjoyable, but can be a little challenging if it's new for you, especially around the holidays. This is a demonstration class followed by a dinner so you can taste everything. Our tentative menu is:
Roasted stuffed butternut squash - Gluten Free
Vegan roasted 'turkey'
Stuffing with 'sausage'
Roasted maple brussels sprouts - Gluten Free
Pumpkin pie - can be Gluten Free
