Join the fight for global access to clean water by running or walking in World Vision’s Global 6K for Water. Six kilometers is the average distance people in the developing world walk for water – water that is often contaminated with life-threatening diseases. On Saturday May 19, thousands of participants from around the world will run or walk to help World Vision continue a mission that has already given 4.6 million people improved water access.
Each participant's registration fee provides one person in need with life-changing access to clean water. When participants register, World Vision will send a 6K t-shirt, race medal, and race bib with a photo of the child who will receive clean water as a result of the 6k.
