David and Jo Haggard share the vision of this ministry which exists to RESTORE wholeness to survivors through trauma-informed long-term aftercare. They also seek to empower youth and families to RESIST the tactics of human traffickers and to REDUCE the demand that fuels trafficking by raising up leaders who will protect the value of women.
