Friday was a momentous day wherein the authority to regulate abortion was returned to the people and their elected representatives. Ed Caram is one of the Chaplains with the Chattanooga Police Department. He talks about what drew him to get involved as a Chaplain with the CPD. He also speaks candidly about what officers face day in and day out while on the job. Project Thank You really does impact the men and women who serve on the Chattanooga Police Department in a positive way. Ed encourages us to continue our efforts of appreciation for these officers all year long.
