1: Finding The Hero in Your Husband - Dr. Juli Slattery

In a complete rewrite of her bestselling book, acclaimed psychologist and speaker, Dr. Juli Slattery encourages wives to see how their attempts to manage the messiness of life and marriage actually work against them to undermine the very connection they want to build. Today’s women have realized the power in thinking for themselves and using their gifts, talents, and strengths to improve their lives. Now the tension lies in a woman using her power in a manner that builds intimacy with her husband rather than destroying it.

2: Baseball as Missions - Cody Thomas with Score International

The Dominican Republic is the epicenter for baseball. Score International uses baseball camps to build relationships with kids and lead them toward an opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. Cody Thomas is entering his 10th year of participating in this outreach. Sometimes it's as simple as providing a baseball glove or a pair of cleats to open the door to share the Gospel. Learn more at scoreintl.org.

Donations of baseballs, gloves, bats, or cleats can dropped off at Lansing Building Products, 3603 Elwood Lane, Chattanooga, TN.  (423) 296-1044.
