Every Tuesday a Pastor or ministry leader from our community leads us in a devotional from God's Word for our week. This week Pastor Ed Hedding from Pleasantview Baptist Church in Bettendorf will be sharing a timely devotional on God's design and purpose for marriage. In a month where love is the focus, don't miss this opportunity to focus on the Creator's design for this intimate relationship.
How do we view American politics and news items through a biblical lens? Once a month Dr. Mark Caleb Smith will be joining Ken and Deb to talk about some items in the news and how we can approach it from a biblical perspective. As this first visit is the day after President’s Day, we’ll talk about some presidential history and faith in the White House, and fast forward to talking about what’s happening in the skies lately and the importance and what we should be concerned about when thinking of these unidentified drones and Chinese spy balloons.
Ed Hedding is Senior Pastor of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Bettendorf. He is a graduate of Liberty University and has been in full time ministry since 1987. He loves his wife Diane and three grown children Joshua, Bethany, and Daniel and grandson Christopher Kime. In his spare time he enjoys running outside, golfing and reading. His favorite vacations are at the beach.
