For what Kingdom purpose has God brought you and your spouse together? The couple we are visiting in this conversation began their married life in their 60s and have purposed to serve God together in their life and ministry. They offer encouragement from their unique love story for couples at every stage of life to come together daily in prayer, being open to serving God as a couple.

What is a parable and why did Jesus speak in them? Gerad Hall begins a series on the Parables in this teaching on Ken and Deb in the Morning. He’ll be taking us to Luke 10 and the Parable of The Good Samaritan for this first lesson; so be ready for a deep dive into this familiar story that has implications and applications for each of us today!

A Question for Pastors and Men's Ministry Leaders. Athena Dean Holtz is the founder and publisher of the hybrid Redemption Press in Enumclaw, WA. Athena was named Publisher of the Year by the 2022 Soul Cafe Awards; Best Female Podcast Host of the year in 2021 by the national Spark Media for her All Things Podcast; she is the author of Full Circle; Coming Home to the Faithfulness of God and the founder of She Writes for Him writers' online and in-person events and writer community.
Gerad Hall
Gerad Hall serves as a representative for Iowa, Missouri, and southern Illinois. Gerad is from the Quad Cities region of eastern Iowa and western Illinois. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Moody. Prior to coming on staff with Moody, he served as a family pastor in East Moline, Illinois, for more than nine years. He and his wife, Melissa, have been married for more than 10 years and have three sons.
