Living by Faith with Trillia NewbellBelievers in Jesus across the globe face suffering, persecution, and even death because of their faith, and every other week we hear their stories with Todd Nettleton from Voice of the Martyrs. Join this first conversation on the Persecuted Church for this new year and consider how God would use you to pray, encourage, and give to help those that are suffering in 2023.
How do you live through your day? Do you find the pace of life overwhelming? Is it a struggle to be present in the here and now? The president and founder of Unhurried Living, Inc. Alan Fadling will be sharing ways to slow down in a day-to-day way; to pick up the slower pace of God's Kingdom. As we step into a new season, let's discover the joy of keeping in step with the Spirit.
Todd Nettleton is director of media development for The Voice of the Martyrs, working with the media to tell the stories of persecuted Christians to people in the United States. In his role with VOM, he has met with Christians who face persecution in many countries, including Sudan, China, Egypt, Turkey, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar (Burma) and Azerbaijan.
