Maybe You're Stuck??

It’s not really that hard to get stuck in the quicksand of life, to be unable to move forward in the journey.  Dr. Deb Gorton, of the Moody Theological Seminary, and author of Embracing Uncomfortable is with us to show the way forward.  Deb’s wisdom comes from real life.  She shares about getting stuck after the suicide of her mom.  She shares why being honest about painful feelings is vital.  Next, three things guaranteed to keep us stuck.  Then what to do when we’re blind-sided by life.  Next, how hard, and necessary it is to radically accept our stuck-ness so we can move forward.  Then what embracing uncomfortable has looked like for Deb.  And finally, we need some core values!
