Why Even Read the Bible?

Today we answer that question as Dan Thompson, (a.k.a. Dan Mike), one of the teaching pastors at Crossroads Bible Church in Grand Rapids joins the team.  We hear Dan’s faith story.  We talk about the amazing gift of having over 400 translations!  About the need to read the bible not as theology, but as literature.  About the incredible hope the bible gives—the day that death dies forever!  Also, what it means to wrestle with the bible and how in the wrestling the meaning of a passage emerges, and we’re changed.  And then, why read the bible?  Knowing the why changes everything.  Share this show if you love it!
