She has a love from Jesus to reach Muslim and Jewish women in the Middle East. She's been asked by the Satellite TV ministry Iran Alive to host the new show Flourish that will reach the Muslim women of Iran. She is JoAnn Doyle and she joins Perry and Shawna today. First Joann shares what Flourish is about and how it was born out of a time of pain in her life. Then JoAnn explains why she, an American woman, was asked to do a TV show for the women of Iran. Iranian women love America. Really! Next JoAnn shares the spiritual opposition her team has faced during the creation of this show.
Then, JoAnn didn’t always have a heart for Muslim women, but God broke her heart when she met one who had suffered abuse from her husband because of her faith in Jesus. Next, JoAnn’s husband Tom has been into Iran two times. What he saw was amazing. Iranians love America and want to know Jesus! Then, since 1979 the Iranian government has been trying to wipe out Christianity. It’s not working! Next, JoAnn tells us why Iranian women are leaving Islam to follow Jesus. And finally we hear about the Billy Graham of Iran, Hormos Shariat. To pray for the women of Iran and JoAnn’s new show Flourish, email us. Perry.LaHaie@Moody.edu or Shawna.Beyer@Moody.edu.
