Mike Gruppen and Yago Williams of the Conquerors International Strength team join the Perry and Shawna Mornings. The ConquerorsIST performs feats of strength all around the world as a platform for sharing the good news of God’s grace! First Mike shares the story of he and Yago getting into a South African Youth Detention Center with 26 dangerous young people, who had just weeks earlier taken some of the guards captive. Hear the story of how Jesus showed up! Then Mike shares his story of growing up in Christian West MI, going to Christian school, raised in a Christian family only to walk away from it all. But God used great pain and disappointment and shattered dreams to bring Mike back.
Then Yago shares about sharing their feats of strength in Muslim Pakistan in front of packed stadiums with thousands coming to Jesus. But one young Muslim man was maybe the reason for the whole trip. And finally Mike shares about reaching out to a young man at Michigan International Speedway, who told him “Get out of my face!” But a bracelet given by Mike with a bible verse on it changed this young man’s eternal destiny. If you’re encouraged by today’s show, please share!
