On this episode, Perry shares why he's thankful for his greatest failure in life--how God took a song of his, written only because he failed, and used that song to bring hope to a guy named Matt who thought God didn't want him. Shawna shares the research, thankfulness leads to health and increases our joy. Thankfulness even decreases inflammation which Perry has a grand time with! And Perry shares the story of John Bunyan, author of Pilgrim's Progress. Bunyan's journey took him from hard sinner, to someone trying to earn God's favor through his goodness to a man who learned to rest in the righteousness of Christ!
