Mark Bale and his family served 11 years in North Africa reaching Muslims with the love of Jesus. Now he’s reaching out to Muslims in West Michigan. Mark grew up in church but chose to run away from God. He ran for 22 years and then hit rock bottom He felt so lonely and in that moment Mark was overwhelmed by the presence of God. He was reborn, remade and recreated. If there is a prodigal in your life, this is the story you need to hear. It will encourage you to keep believing and to keep praying! Also during Mark’s time in North Africa he was having a really hard year, health struggles in the family, not seeing fruit from ministry. He was discouraged and angry with God. That’s when a friend called and said, “Get your pool ready, four Muslims are coming to be baptized!” But he even complained after that happened because they weren’t Muslims he led to Jesus. Find out what God taught Mark. And we wrap up with a conversation about how Jesus sets us free from the chains that bind us sometimes in an instant and sometimes through a journey, but whatever the path, he is the God who sets us free!
