Country Music Singer/Songwriter Granger Smith has made a big decision to follow where the Lord is leading him. He’s walking away from a hugely successful career to devote his life to ministry at his local church just outside of Austin, Texas. How did he make such a big decision? What has he learned about God’s guidance that might help us discern God’s will for our lives? What about the Lord using brokenness and grief to prepare us for the next assignment He gives us? Granger dropped by this morning to chat about all of this.

Last week's U.S Supreme Court decision to block a ban or limitation on the abortion pill mifepristone means that for now at least, the drug will be widely available, at least in those states where abortion is legal for up to 10 weeks into a pregnancy. Dr. Ingrid Skop is a board-certified OB/GYN who has delivered more than 5,000 babies over a long career in Texas. Unfortunately, she also has first-hand experience treating women for complications of the abortion pill, including performing emergency surgery earlier this year on a woman who bled for two months after taking the abortion pill. Dr. Skop stopped by this morning for this important and eye opening conversation.
