Not only are fewer Americans getting married, but many are delaying marriage, according to a report in Bloomberg, which looked at the latest data from the U.S. Census Bureau and private research firms. "In Europe, and increasingly in the U.S., many couples are postponing marriage indefinitely, as it becomes more socially acceptable for couples to live together outside the bonds of marriage," it notes.
