Hour 1: Can You Just Sit with Me?: A Conversation with Natasha Smith
Have you ever hidden your tears, pain or grief? Have you ever thought that no one cares? Natasha Smith spent many years putting her grief on the back burner until Covid forced her out of the hide and seek game she was playing with it. Natasha will share some of her journey and encourage us to take the time and space to grieve well. She'll offer some practical tools and prayers that will point us to God, who always sits with us in our grief.
Hour 2: Hope in Addiction: A Conversation with Andy Partington
What is the leading cause of death among Americans under 50? The answer is drug overdose. Addiction is a worldwide epidemic and affects not only those struggling, but also their families, friends, and coworkers. Andy Partington grew up, from the age of three, in a residential rehabilitation center where his parents worked. He had and now has a front row seat to the destruction that addiction brings to a family along with the hope and healing that is available through a relationship with God.

Andy Partington
Andy Partington was raised in a residential rehabilitation center. After high school, he spent a year traveling with Youth with a Mission before continuing his education and earning a PhD from the London School of Theology., where he also served as Director of Training. Andy leads the work of Novo Communities and Novo Adventures. Andy is married to Michaela and the proud father of Daniel, Jemimah, Phoebe, JJ, and Miah.
