Kent Annan is the director of Humanitarian and Disaster Leadership at Wheaton College, located in the western suburbs of Chicago, where he leads the M.A. program for the Humanitarian Disaster Institute, one of the nation's leading programs of its kind. Annan has worked with refugee communities around the world. He and his wife, Shelly, lived in Haiti for two years and founded Haiti Partners. He is also on the board of Equitas Group, a foundation working to end the exploitation of children in Haiti and Southeast Asia.
Gerad Hall serves as a representative for Iowa, Missouri, and southern Illinois. Gerad is from the Quad Cities region of eastern Iowa and western Illinois. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Moody. Prior to coming on staff with Moody, he served as a family pastor in East Moline, Illinois, for more than nine years. He and his wife, Melissa, have been married for more than 10 years and have three sons.
