The Midterm elections are over and the results are revealing what Americans believe about abortion. Focus on the Family Life Issues Analyst Nicole Hunt will take a closer look at the ballot initiatives in those states that voted on life issues and how the results show that there is still much work to do regarding the sanctity of life.  Nicole also provides some action points for each of us as we affirm the value of human life in our community.

Hour 2: The Shadow of Death: A Conversation with Army Veteran Fernando Arroyo

On this Veteran’s Day as we honor and show gratitude for the men and women that serve our nation, we also recognize the wounds that so many of these warriors carry that we cannot readily see. Army Veteran Fernando Arroyo will be sharing about his struggle ranging from PTSD, drug addiction, and homelessness. We will hear how God’s loving hand never stopped reaching for Fernando. Now Fernando works with veterans providing pastoral counseling; walking alongside them with the goal of ending veteran suicide.

Nicole enjoys riding horses and spending time camping and hiking with her family in the great outdoors. Nicole is married to her husband, Jeff, and they have four children.
