Suicide continues to rise among young people and is the third leading cause of death among young people and the second leading cause of death among college students. Suicide has impacted Christian artist Kathy Troccoli’s family and she'll share her experience and how her new release, Finally Free, is being used to comfort and raise awareness of this tragedy.

Kathy Troccoli is a Christian recording artist. Her 40-year career includes over 24 recordings, 18 number-one hits, 2 Grammy nominations, 19 Dove Awards, and 2 Dove Awards. Kathy was born in Brooklyn NY and grew up in Long Island, NY, and attended Berklee College of Music. Her father died from colon cancer when she was 15 and her mother died of breast cancer in 1991, both had a major influence in discovering her talent. Her passion for singing includes standards, jazz, and Christian music.
Ed Hedding is Senior Pastor of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Bettendorf. He is a graduate of Liberty University and has been in full time ministry since 1987. He loves his wife Diane and three grown children Joshua, Bethany, and Daniel and grandson Christopher Kime. In his spare time he enjoys running outside, golfing and reading. His favorite vacations are at the beach.
