Pastor and author David Mathis joins Ken and Deb to highlight how godly leadership is a source of joy and blessing to a congregation. David will outline some of the 15 qualifications of scripture and how this countercultural view of leadership, when practiced, turns suspicions regarding leaders upside down.

Stephanie Godke
Chef Stephanie Godke has had a long career in the restaurant industry. She enjoys sharing her original recipes on Ken and Deb in the Morning. She works as a local chef and is a consultant to restaurant owners all around the Midwest. She teaches cooking classes at the local community college and also provides catering services around the area. Some of her favorite recipes can be found in her latest cookbook, Recipes on Cody Road.
David Mathis
David Mathis serves as the executive editor at Desiring God, pastors at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is an adjunct professor at Bethlehem College and Seminary. He and his wife Megan have four children.
