Where can women who’ve just been released from prison, fleeing domestic violence, or in a crisis find a place of refuge in our community? GROW Ministries comes alongside women in crisis to share the gospel and provide that encouragement and support as they navigate a new season. Janet Lohman from GROW Ministries will be stopping by Monday to share about the lives that are being transformed and how you can join them with your prayers, time, and support.
Hour 2: Fear and Faith: A Conversation with Trillia Newbell
Fear can paralyze our spirit, damage our relationships, and hinder our faith, but fear can be conquered! Author Trillia Newbell experienced fear’s tight grip in her life and she’s sharing her overcoming story with Ken and Deb in this encouraging conversation. Trillia will highlight women who have turned to the Lord with their fears and how God’s Word and Jesus’ example and presence have strengthened them and increased their faith.

Trillia Newbell is the author of several books, and her writings include issues on faith, family, and diversity and have been published in Desiring God, Christianity Today, Relevant Magazine, and The Gospel Coalition. She is currently Director of Community Outreach for the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission for the Southern Baptist Convention. Trillia is married to her best friend, Thern, and they reside with their two children near Nashville, TN.
