In the aftermath of the current Supreme Court decision overturning Roe vs. Wade, how can we be active in praying for and getting the word out about the services available to the community through Pregnancy Resources? Pregnancy Resources Executive Director Trisha Wilson talks with Ken and Deb about the events of this week and how Pregnancy Resources is continuing to serve and care for women, men, and babies here in the Quad Cities.
Earlier this month a pro-life medical office was firebombed in Buffalo, New York. This violent act was in reaction to the release of a leaked Supreme Court decision. This was not the only incident, as over 23 pro-life organizations have been vandalized in recent weeks. In this conversation, we welcome CompassCare CEO Jim Harden to talk about this attack at their office along with encouraging life-saving stories from CompassCare.
Rev. James Harden is the pastor of New Hope Free Methodist Church in Rochester, New York. He is a founding board member for the commission for Reproductive Health Service Standards and for the last 15 years has served as the President/CEO of CompassCare, a Rochester medical pregnancy office helping women face unplanned pregnancy to have their babies. As a flagship operation, Compasscare helps other similar organizations nationwide to optimize their services to reach and serve more women facing unplanned pregnancy at risk for abortion. He has held positions such as Adjunct Professor of Theology and Worldview, Senior Pastor and non-profit consultant. He currently holds several board positions for various organizations at the Local, State, and National level.
