Most people would not think of starting to build a house without a plan, and our guest, Josh Mulvihill, says it’s even more crucial for the raising up of children to be intentional and have a plan. Josh shares how he is the child of parents that had a very specific plan, and now he has written down a plan that could help think through the habits and skills your child needs to know before leaving home.
The bond between fathers and daughters is a special one. Fathers can provide advice, encouragement, and love to their daughters, creating positive and long-lasting momentum in their lives. Vice President of Parenting and Youth Dr. Danny Huerta recently shared some of the lessons he sees as essential for dads to teach their daughters and Danny shares some of those lessons with Ken and Deb along with the encouragement for dads to be intentional and present in their daughter’s life.
