Hour 1: Iran Alive: A Conversation with Lily Meschi

Where is the fastest-growing Christian community in the world?

We hear the answer to that question and a powerful gospel testimony. Lily Meschi was born in Iran and immigrated to the U.S. as a teenager. She found herself in a marriage arranged by her father as part of a business deal and became depressed and hopeless in her situation until God reached out to save her.

Hear her incredible salvation story and how she connected with the ministry of Iran Alive. Lily is now an active part of Iran Alive and fills us in on how God uses this ministry to grow and encourage believers in this closed nation.

Hour 2: Six Commandments for Emotional Health: A Prepared Devotional Thought with Ed Hedding

How vital is it for our spiritual health that we care for our physical and emotional health? The stresses from the pandemic and other national and personal challenges have taken a toll on our health, leaving each of us with different levels of spiritual reserves. Pastor Ed Hedding encourages us to consider how these reserves have been affected by our physical and emotional health and the steps to take to bring about peace and healing.

You can find his extended version of this devotional in the form of a sermon he preached at Pleasant View Baptist Church. It's on Pleasant View's website.
