Birth fathers rarely play a starring role in infant adoption, but as Father’s Day approaches Focus on the Family’s VP of Communications Paul Batura honors these men. Paul joins Ken and Deb to talk about his family, the joy of being a dad, and the debt of gratitude he has for the biological fathers that gave up their rights to ensure that their children could grow up with a mom and dad.
In a culture that sends confusing messages concerning gender, how do parents raise up men who are confident in who God made them and how He made them? We visit with Pastor Mike Fabarez about raising boys according to the principles of God’s word and how to pass the faith along to your sons and to future generations. Mike offers help for dads whose prayer is to raise up sons who are ready, able, and motivated to represent God for such a time as this.
