Hour 1: Wendy Reed Randall: Once There Was a Girl

Have you ever felt stuck in your situation in life? Was there ever a time when your hope waned and you couldn’t see things ever-changing? If you’ve been there or are there, you’ll want to join us Monday to hear Wendy Reed Randall’s story. Wendy grew up in the projects of New Orleans in an atmosphere of gang fights, school fights, and drug-related fights, and yet, she had hope that her life could be different. Hear Wendy’s story and be encouraged to not give up and to fight our battle on our knees.

Hour 2: Joelle Davidhizar: While It Was Still Dark

What does it mean to follow Jesus today? What can be learned from a woman that walked with Jesus on how to practically lead a godly life in our time? Monday Joelle Davidhizar teaches us from the example of Mary Magdalene, looking at the insight and wisdom her life provides for our faith walk. Her book, While it Was Still Dark, examines the three major places we find Mary in the Gospels and how we can find ourselves there as well.
