Thursday morning we'll air a conversation with counselor and author Jason Hobbs, who has been assisting people through their journey with anxiety in his private mental health practice for the last 15 years. Jason will share what he has learned about anxiety and what activities can help bring real solutions for the anxious heart.

Thursday Ken and Deb visit with Pastor Nate Pickowicz, who will offer practical guidance from Christians throughout time who've maintained this crucial practice. Nate will also challenge us in applying the Word with encouragement to continue to draw near to God as we feed on His Word.
Jason Hobbs has been in private mental health practice for 15 years. He teaches widely on mindfulness, anxiety, and the intersection of religion and mental health, and recently trained as a spiritual director at the Shalem Institute. Jason has also written Unless a Grain of Wheat Falls.
Nate Pickowicz is pastor of Harvest Bible Church in Gilmanton Iron Works, New Hampshire. He is the author and editor of several books including Reviving New England, Why We're Protestant, and The American Puritans. Additionally, he has written for Tabletalk and Credo, and is one of the founding members of Reformada, a ministry to promote sound doctrine. He and his wife, Jess, have three children
