As we look back on 2020 and forward to 2021, how do we see God at work through this challenging season at Moody Radio? Tuesday, Moody Bible Institute President Mark Jobe shares with us about the incredible gospel opportunities that have opened up in the midst of a pandemic and social unrest, and how you can join with us in this work. You’ll be encouraged to not give up or shrink back, but to take advantage of this season to make a Gospel impact, while there is still light.
2020 has not only been challenging for parents, but many grandparents have stepped up in greater ways by helping with online school or taking a greater role in caring for their grandchildren while parents worked. Added to this is the stress of making holiday plans and making decisions on if or how to get together and what is the best plan moving forward. Tuesday we explore this challenging season with parenting expert Joannie DeBrito, who will offer practical tips for navigating grandparenting and what to be mindful of when offering support.
Dr. Mark Jobe serves as Moody Bible Institute's 10th president, taking office on Jan. 2, 2019. He and his wife, Dee, have been married 32 years and have three adult children, Marissa, Josiah, and Grant. The Jobes currently reside in Chicagoland area where they are active members of New Life Community Church, a nondenominational multisite church where Dr. Jobe has served as senior pastor since 1986. Dr. Jobe and his son Josiah are both graduates of MBI.
