More families are spending time at home this Christmas and this may offer an opportunity to build some new traditions throughout this season! Thursday morning Ken and Deb visit with Jennifer Hill about the importance of family traditions at Christmastime that point us to the true meaning of Christmas. Jennifer will share from her experience as a teacher some creative ideas for communicating the birth of Jesus with children with hands on activities that go along with her new book, The Best Birthday Cake in the History of Ever!
It’s soup season and Thursday Chef Stephanie Godke will be along with a new vegetarian-friendly recipe. She’ll also share a recipe using leftover winter squash in some yummy biscuits paired with a special maple cinnamon butter.
