Friday you'll hear the incredible survival story of World War II hero Henry Langrehr. Henry is the recipient of two Bronze Stars, two Purple Hearts, and the French Legion of Honor. He was among the thousands of Allies who parachuted into occupied France, was captured by the Nazis, spent time in a work camp, and survived a dangerous escape. His story is one of courage and faith in the midst of the horrors of war. It is a reminder to all of us that the freedom we enjoy today is not free, but there have been countless men and women that have suffered greatly to secure it for the generations to come.
