How do we move past the pain of betrayal? It’s a subject that is often pushed to the back burner as we try to move forward without dealing with the hurt. Our guest today, Phil Waldrep, has experienced betrayal and wants to guide others on a healing journey to overcome the feelings of resentment and experience healing.
Christians around the world are suffering because of their choice to be disciples of Jesus. Todd Nettleton from Voice of the Martyrs joins Ken and Deb Wednesday to share the latest news from persecuted believers and offer ways to be praying and serving those that are suffering as a result of their faith.
Todd Nettleton is director of media development for The Voice of the Martyrs, working with the media to tell the stories of persecuted Christians to people in the United States. In his role with VOM, he has met with Christians who face persecution in many countries, including Sudan, China, Egypt, Turkey, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar (Burma) and Azerbaijan.
