Hour 1: Sally Burke: Moms in Prayer International

This morning on Ken and Deb in the Morning we will visit with a woman who has worked as an engineer for NASA and says, “Building space shuttles is easier than raising children.”  Sally Burke learned early on as a parent that prayer was essential. She made it a priority to pray with other moms through Moms in Prayer and is now President of Moms in Prayer International.  Sally Burke will be with us to talk about the vital role of prayer for our children and her passion to see more children and schools experience God’s life changing answers to prayer. Sally be in the Peoria area for the upcoming Open Doors, Open Hearts Child Evangelism Fellowship Fall Fundraiser in November and will also be holding an Equipping Moms to Pray Luncheon during her visit as well. We’ll hear more about those opportunities to join God in what He is doing through CEF and Moms in Prayer on Wednesday’s program.
