Do you find yourself rushing through your morning with little time for physical or spiritual nourishment? Would you be interested in a plan to build a healthy morning routine that feeds your body and your spirit? Wednesday morning Ken will visit with author/blogger Asherita Ciuciu who has developed a 31-day challenge to get you in the Bible and eating breakfast. The purpose behind the Bible and Breakfast plan is to help form a life-changing habit that will continue long after you’ve worked through the challenge.
The International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church is quickly approaching and Wednesday we’ll visit with Todd Nettleton from Voice of the Martyrs about that opportunity for your church. Todd will share the latest news from our brothers and sisters who are suffering because of their faith in Jesus and we’ll hear specific prayer requests and tangible ways we can encourage the persecuted church.
Todd Nettleton is director of media development for The Voice of the Martyrs, working with the media to tell the stories of persecuted Christians to people in the United States. In his role with VOM, he has met with Christians who face persecution in many countries, including Sudan, China, Egypt, Turkey, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar (Burma) and Azerbaijan.
