Do you struggle with the W word, that is worry? You desire to have peace and full trust, but your mind races and your thoughts run ahead to what could or could not happen? Tuesday morning Station Manager Jason Crosby looks to words of Jesus to help us with the struggle we have with worry. Be listening for a deeper study into a very common, often dismissed, habit that is contrary to how God desires for us to live.
What can be learned from the bad guys of the Bible? Tuesday Pastor Jeff Lucas describes for us some of the lessons that can be learned from those less than stellar Bible characters. Jeff will share some of what we learn from Cain and the Elder brother. Yes, we may want to see ourselves in the role of Bible hero, but more likely, we all have tendencies that align with some of the Bible’s notorious characters. It’s a conversation that takes a fresh look at some of the struggles and temptations that are common to all of us in hopes of avoiding destructive consequences and living a way that leads to life.
