Hour 1: Hit Hard

Have you recently experienced an ambiguous loss? Your loved one is alive but forever changed by an accident, sports injury, or illness and you grieve for  what they have lost. Their lives have been forever altered and their journey is told in their new book, Hit Hard. Be listening for encouragement as to how to embrace both the grief and the gratitude to move forward with hope on Friday’s Ken and Deb in the Morning.
