Hour 1: The Real Black Hawk Down Recounted - with Jeff Struecker
On Thursday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, professor, pastor, and podcaster Jeff Struecker joins us to recount the story of The Real Black Hawk Down. The story of Black Hawk Down began when Delta Force arrested 20 Somalis. During the assault, a Black Hawk helicopter was shot down and the rescuers were ambushed. Eighteen Americans were killed.

Hour 3: Know What You Signed Up For- with Megan B. Brown
On Monday's Memorial Day edition of Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, military wife Megan B. Brown admits she honestly did not know what she signed up for when she fell in love with a military man and had visions of adventure. In much the same way, when we surrender our lives to Jesus Christ, most of us have no idea what we are “signing up for.” We were probably so overwhelmed by His love; we weren’t necessarily focused on the sacrifices that would follow. Megan helps us see that we’re right where we’re supposed to be—chosen for this specific time and place. Together, we’ll see what it means to follow Jesus, love people, and live on mission.

Jeff Struecker
Jeff Struecker is a professor, podcaster, pastor, and a former United States Army Ranger who was involved in the Battle of Mogadishu in 1993. He is an award-winning author with several books in print. Jeff holds a Ph.D. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. He and his wife, Dawn, have five children and four grandchildren. However, his greatest passion is helping others follow King Jesus.
Brad and Marilyn Rhoads
Brad and Marilyn Rhoads founded Grace Marriage in 2015 to help churches and couples prioritize marriage. Prior to this, Brad was a practicing attorney for 22 years. He served as a marriage pastor at their local church, where he noted the nationwide absence of an intentional, ongoing strategy to keep couples on a trajectory of growth. Marilyn holds a masters in social work and worked at Counseling Associates before choosing to stay home with their children. In 2015, Brad left the practice of law to pursue marriage ministry full-time. The Rhoads currently lead Grace Marriage, author curriculum together, speak at conferences, and work with individual couples. They are the proud parents of five amazing kids and live in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Megan B. Brown
Megan B. Brown is a seasoned military spouse, mother, Bible teacher, and military missionary. Megan is the Founder and Executive Director of MilSpo Co. She is passionate about sharing the gospel of Jesus to the active-duty military community in the hopes of kickstarting restoration and revival. A graduate of Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Ministry Leadership, Megan lives in South Mississippi with her husband, M. Sgt. Keith Brown, U.S. Air Force, and their four energetic children.
