What is the real problem between Christians and the culture in our world today? Do you think people in general dislike what we believe or just misunderstand what we believe? As Christians, when we are rejected, do we feel rejected for our views or rejected for our faith? On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Mark Turman, Executive Director of the Denison Forum joins us to discuss the real problem between Christians and the culture today.
A Lesson In Sharing the Truth In Love
We live in a secular world with a culture that has embraced and promotes a post-modern worldview. Yet the Bible calls us to be citizens of the Kingdom of God, and rely on the sufficiency of scripture for our worldview. How should we respond to a calling so antithetical to the culture around us? On Tuesday’s Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Executive Director, Institute for Faith & Culture, Lauren Cooley, joins us to talk about the Kingdom Come Conference that will address these issues and more!
It's been a hard news week and it's only Tuesday! From deadly tornadoes to another school shooting...how do we hold on to and offer hope in light of sufferings? Pastor of Calvary Chapel North Miami and Police Chaplain, Darren Bennett joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte with some Biblical perspectives.
Dr. Mark Turman is the Executive Director of Denison Forum and Senior Contributor for Leadership. Previously, he pastored four churches in Texas across thirty-four years, including twenty-five years as the founding pastor of Crosspoint Church in McKinney, Texas. He holds a D.Min. from Truett Seminary, an M.Div from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA from Howard Payne University.

Lauren is a graduate of Furman University and is finishing her Masters in Liberal Studies at the University of Miami.
Pastor Darren Bennett has been part of the Calvary family since 2010. He and his wife Christine have five children, Destinee 23, Robert 21, Darionna 17, Darriale 15, and Jael 13. God called Darren and his family to plant a church in North Miami, and after much prayer and confirmation, the couple opened their hands and let God lead the way. Darren and his family reside in North Miami Dade so they understand the unique opportunity they have to infuse the message of the gospel to a very culturally diverse demographic.
