On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, some students at Asbury University lingered after the usual morning chapel service to pray a little longer, worship together, and bask in the felt presence of God’s peace and love. More students joined in. Hundreds of hours later they were still meeting, and thousands of pilgrims were on their way to Wilmore, Kentucky, to experience a remarkable, ongoing season of spiritual renewal. Now that their ongoing service has ceased, what are they and others left with? On Monday’s Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Charles Morris shares some reflections on revival from Kentucky.
On Monday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Founder and President of prayer and evangelism movement, Pulse, joins us to talk about the commissioning that was held from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. EST yesterday, February 26, 2023 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY. This commissioning was to follow the format of a Spirit-led revival: Scripture, worship, prayer and repentance. The idea is to gather at a large arena and allow God to work through the hearts to those who experienced revival over the last few weeks.
Youth are walking away from their faith in their young adult years more than ever. Several ministry organizations in South Florida are sponsoring an all-day conference for youth leaders on Saturday, March 11, and the theme will be "Sticky Faith - Imparting a Faith that Lasts Past High School!" On Monday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Pastor Dwayne Eslick joins us to talk about this upcoming conference on parenting and ministry to the next generation.

Pastor Dwayne Eslick grew up in the city of Miami and by sixth grade had been arrested twice. At that time, he met a group of Christians who reached out to him and his single mother. He made a serious commitment to follow Christ at the age of 13. After graduating from Moody Bible Institute, he went on staff at New Life Community Church in 1998, at their first location on the south side of Chicago. For 15 years he served as a youth pastor at that location, leading hundreds of youth to the Lord. In late 2011, God called Dwayne to plant the 15th location of New Life in the NE corner of Chicago. God brought together New Life Community Church - Rogers Park, a vibrant congregation that reflects the diversity of a neighborhood famous for its ethnic, racial, and cultural diversity on Chicago's north side. Dwayne's wife, Cecilia, grew up on Chicago's south side and has worked with young girls and ministered to women for over 20 years. Together they have four beautiful children. Dwayne is currently the Assistant Director of Miami-Dade County for First Priority.
