On Friday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Pastor Rob Pacienza, Senior Minister of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church joins us to to talk about the relaunch of the Center for Christian Statesmanship with a new Capitol Hill outreach initiative and a newly appointed Executive Director. Pastor Rob said that the Center's mission includes "equipping the next generation of Christian statesmen to be salt and light in a city which is certainly dark right now." In the near future, the Center will expand its ministry activities with initiatives to include outreach dinners to members of Congress and staff, as well as Bible studies.
Since last Wednesday, Feb. 8, when at least 100 people fell to their knees and bowed at the altar during a call to confession, professors, local church leaders, and seminary students have been worshipping, and praising God together. For days, people have been giving testimonies, reading scripture, worshipping God, and praying in ongoing worship to God. On Friday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Pastor Daryl Blank from Springdale Church of the Nazarene in Cincinnati, OH has been in attendance and will give us his perspective.
