God has a great life all planned out for you. Right now. Today. God has a plan for your life, and the plan doesn't start when you get married or engaged or meet the perfect "one" for your life. What you may not realize if you’re single is that you’re already living it. On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, author Hannah Schermerhorn draws from some of the diverse experiences of single people in the Bible and debunks common myths and misunderstandings about singleness. God has a special purpose for singleness, whether it lasts only a season or for your whole life.
In the wake of deadly earthquakes that devastated Turkey and Syria on February 6, Samaritan's Purse has deployed a 52-bed Emergency Field Hospital near Antakya in southern Turkey. Historically known as Antioch, this is the area where believers were first called Christians (see Acts 11:26). On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Ken Isaacs, VP of programs and government relations for Samaritan's Purse will bring us up to date on how this organization will continue to deploy additional disaster assistance specialists and supplies to the region and share God's love with those who are hurting.
"Curious," according to Merriam-Webster, "connotes an active desire to learn or to know." Curiosity results in ongoing exploration and learning, which can help your relationship grow. If you're not in a relationship, being curious can help you be aware of how to develop vital relationship skills. On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, our guests, Alan and Marti Wibbels tell us that throughout their 54 years of marriage, it's been vital to keep being curious--about God, each other, and life.
